Most companies in this industry have an aircraft and nowhere to fly it from. Our base is filed with the CAAC General Airport Information Management System — the step most low-altitude projects are still queuing for.

What is on the ground today

A 400-metre runway, a 3,000-tonne dock, roughly 8,000 m² of high-standard hangar and a 10,000 m² manufacturing building. Around twenty low-altitude companies and industry associations have taken space on the site.

Phase II is close. It takes the runway to 800 metres, adds four approved cross-delta flight routes, another 20,000 m² of hangar and 200 mu of lawn. The park itself covers 420 mu, and 92 mu of that is still held in reserve for later development.

Airspace is the scarce input

Aircraft are buildable. Approved routes are not, and that is the constraint this whole industry runs into at scale. Cooperation agreements with several low-altitude economy pilot regions give us priority access to BVLOS route approval, and the base itself controls more than 75 square kilometres of usable airspace.

Flying Box Aerotech holds CAAC-certified general aviation airport operating qualifications, and the team that got Fusha filed does the same work for others — site selection, construction, regulatory certification, acquisitions, qualification transfers, and airport custody and management.

China had 525 registered general aviation airports as of May 2026. The FAA counted 19,482 registered civil takeoff and landing facilities in 2024. Most of the ground network this industry is going to need has not been built yet, and somebody has to build it.

Where we are

The head office is in the Low-Altitude Economy Industrial Center, Bao’an District, Shenzhen. The R&D and production base is at Zhongshan Fusha, an hour away across the delta.

Between them sits the Greater Bay Area, which is both our first market and the most concentrated test of whether low-altitude logistics works at all.
