Weight, route, how often. That is enough to start, and someone from the team calls you back — a person who knows the aircraft, not a form response.
Why the spec sheet is not on the website
Two reasons, and neither is coyness. The numbers change with the mission — payload, endurance and configuration all move depending on what you are flying and where. And we would rather work out whether we can actually help you before sending a document that implies we can.
A sentence is fine. “Four hundred kilos of chilled produce, sixty kilometres, three times a week” tells us more than a form with twenty fields.
